QI GONG: Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, conscious breathing, and meditation to cultivate and harmonize the body’s vital energy, or “Qi.” Qi Gong, literally “work of Qi,” represents a path of listening to and rediscovering one’s inner energy through the sensation of the pleasant, frictionless flow of life force through the body. Practicing Qi Gong helps stimulate energy and blood circulation, release muscle and joint tension, promote deep relaxation, and rediscover natural, spontaneous movements. Its roots date back over 2,000 years to the context of Chinese Medicine, where it was used as a tool to prevent disease, improve health, and rebalance body and mind. Over time, this discipline has evolved into numerous styles and schools, but has maintained its essential purpose: to promote global, lasting well-being accessible to people of all ages and physical conditions.

TAI CHI CHUAN: Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art whose origins lie in the legend of the Taoist monk Zhang Sanfeng, who, inspired by observing the fight between a crane and a snake, developed the first movements based on the principles of softness, circularity, and harmony. Over time, Tai Chi Chuan has been codified into a practice that combines the power of martial art with Taoist philosophy and Chinese medicine, maintaining a strong connection to nature and the pursuit of harmony between body and mind. Among the most widespread and appreciated styles is that of the Yang family, known for its broad and harmonious movements. Thanks to masters such as Yang Chengfu, a key figure of the 20th century, this style has spread throughout the world, becoming a benchmark for the practice of Tai Chi Chuan. Through the integration of movement, breathing, and meditation, the practice of Tai Chi Chuan helps improve motor coordination and posture, and promotes deep relaxation. It’s not just a physical exercise, but offers a space of tranquility where we can find our inner balance and rediscover a sense of overall well-being, of conscious connection with our body, to return to living it pleasantly.
