War outside because there is war inside – Piero Belitrandi Siddhakam

So many wars! We should unite to face the enormous challenges of the new millennium, starting with the environment, and yet we fight!
But can we, as individuals, do something? Or are we slaves to the various warmongers? The answer is yes. We can do something.
And that is, learning to go within ourselves: When you practice with the necessary “tools,” even just five minutes a day is enough. But just a few minutes can change your life.
When I am in touch with myself, in meditation, with my deepest self, with my center, I am undoubtedly wiser, more honest, more aware, and certainly more human and more at heart.
From my personal experience, I have realized that in relationships, for example, starting with my marital relationship, most of the time, or at least a good number of times, the trigger for disagreements was myself. Or at least I had a fair amount of responsibility. And this is true for each of us if we look closely. By taking on this responsibility, everyone has the opportunity to significantly improve things. Otherwise, we will always be victims of others and events, feeling powerless and accumulating resentment.
My center teaches me honesty. I cannot ignore my responsibilities. This gives me the power to change, to resolve, to create.
If our small lives are victimhood, resentment, and arguments, in our collective big lives, they are wars!
Change starts with you; you are the solution.
More people who know how to contact their center equals more people who know how to live better, contributing to a better, prosperous, and peaceful world.
